When we were asked to do a costume for a dance entitled “Water” we knew it had to move and flow. We did the above swirls in multiple colours and lengths to give it movements. We later added over 400 rhinestones so that the costume sparkled and appeared that drops of water were sparkling in the light. The rhinestones were three different shades of blue in multiple sizes and two sizes of white rhinestones.
